Liam has been described by Guy Garvey (of the band Elbow) as “the UK’s answer to Bright Eyes”. His heart warming song writing skills are where this boys talents lie, and has seen him share the stage with the likes of Elbow, Badly Drawn Boy and The Magic Numbers.
Frost spent early 2006 in the studio working on his debut album, with Coldplay producer Danton Supple, which was later released with critical acclaim, with his track ‘The Mourners of St Pauls’ voted #1 single of 2006 by Channel 4’s Planet Sound. His latest album entitled ‘We Ain’t Got Money, Honey, But We Got Rain’ which was named after a poem of the same name, saw him collaborate with singer songwriter Ed Harcourt and Martha Wainwright (Rufus Wainwright’s sister).
April sees Liam tour the new album across the UK, with this stop in association with Mellowtone “Liverpool’s premier acoustic clubnight” (Metro) at the city’s uber cool hangout Leaf Cafe on Lower Parliament Street (Opposite Cains Brewery) - his first appearance in the city since Liverpool Music Week in 2006
Plus support from Liverpool based Norwegian Singer/Songwriter Ragz , LIPA’s Carrie Hayden, who recently supported The Human League and more. Plus DJ’s Beaten Tracks.
